Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026. This policy describes the Harness website at getherness.dev.

Information we collect

We process your account email, authentication records, workspace names, repository URLs, local path references, notes, early access preferences, and messages you submit. A saved local path is a text reference; the website does not read your local files.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, store and display your workspaces, handle support and privacy requests, maintain security, and record your product interests.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments when checkout is enabled. Harness stores order identifiers, pack values, payment status, and account balances; card details are handled by Stripe. Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. These providers process data needed to deliver the service, potentially in countries different from yours.

Cookies and browser storage

Authentication uses session cookies. Your color theme is stored in this browser. The site does not include advertising trackers.

Retention and control

Workspace records are retained while your account uses the service. Archiving a workspace does not delete it. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of early access interest through the contact form. Some records may be retained when needed for security or legal obligations.
