Terms of Service

Effective September 9, 2026. These terms apply to the Harness website at getherness.dev.

The service

Harness currently provides account access and project workspace records. Demonstrations are labeled as examples. Features described as early access, planned, or coming soon are not promised as currently available.

Your account and content

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You retain ownership of your project information and grant the permission needed to store and display it as part of the service. Do not upload secrets, unlawful content, or material you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, abuse the service, or evade security controls. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service.

Pricing and payments

The six credit packs are one-time purchases denominated in USD. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. While checkout is in demo mode, no payment is collected. Displayed tier prices are USD prices. Joining early access does not create a purchase or subscription. Final entitlements and payment terms will be presented before any future purchase.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Keep separate copies of important project information. We may change or discontinue features. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
